Welcome to aceph1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "You") and aceph1 (the "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By creating an aceph1 account, accessing the website at aceph1.cam, or using any services offered by aceph1, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aceph1 platform and refrain from registering an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on aceph1, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with the platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of aceph1, regardless of whether you access the platform via desktop, mobile browser, or Progressive Web App.

aceph1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the aceph1 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on aceph1. This age restriction is in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulations set forth by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). aceph1 conducts age verification checks during the registration process and may request government-issued identification at any time to confirm your age and identity.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may face legal action.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one aceph1 account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under another person's name, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited. aceph1 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are discovered:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• All bonuses and promotional offers associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Deposits may be returned at aceph1's sole discretion, minus any processing fees.

2.3 Accurate Information

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify aceph1 immediately of any changes.

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aceph1 login credentials (mobile number, email, and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. aceph1 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact aceph1 customer support immediately via live chat available 24/7 on the platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aceph1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks)
• Other payment methods as may be offered from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes depending on your financial institution.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200 PHP
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where possible.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification (government-issued ID and proof of address).
• Processing time: 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• aceph1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

aceph1 operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns, large deposit volumes, or other activity flagged by our AML monitoring systems. In such cases, withdrawals may be delayed pending the completion of verification procedures.

4. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Fair Play Policy

All games offered on the aceph1 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios audited by independent testing agencies. aceph1 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aceph1 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any other form of advantage play deemed abusive.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Abusing bonus systems by creating multiple accounts or coordinating with other players.

If aceph1 detects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately, void all bets and winnings, and forfeit your account balance. In serious cases, we may report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects the outcome of a game, aceph1 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the stake amounts to the players' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

aceph1 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly outlined in the promotional materials.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated.

For example: If you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager ₱10,000 (₱500 × 20) before any winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

When playing with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies (typically ₱50 per spin or bet, unless otherwise stated). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

aceph1 reserves the right to confiscate bonuses and void winnings if we determine that a player is abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using fraudulent methods to claim bonuses.

6. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

aceph1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders
• Loss limits
• Voluntary self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from the aceph1 platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. To request self-exclusion, contact aceph1 customer support.

6.3 Underage Gambling

aceph1 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. All players must be 21 years of age or older. We employ age verification technology and work with regulatory authorities to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Suspension by aceph1

aceph1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your aceph1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and wagering requirement completion.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aceph1 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the intellectual property of aceph1 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from aceph1.

9. Limitation of Liability

aceph1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Third-party payment processor delays or errors.
• Losses incurred from gambling activity.

Your use of aceph1 is at your own risk. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose money.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance wit h the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to aceph1's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team via live chat to lodge a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate regulatory or judicial bodies in the Philippines. aceph1 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of disputes that fall within its regulatory jurisdiction.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

aceph1 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account on aceph1, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Communications & Marketing

By registering an aceph1 account, you agree to receive transactional communications including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts via SMS and email. You may opt in to receive promotional communications from aceph1, including bonus offers and platform news. Marketing communications can be managed through your account settings at any time.

aceph1 will never ask you to share sensitive financial information such as complete GCash PINs or full bank account credentials via SMS, email, or chat. Any communication claiming to be from aceph1 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aceph1 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements between you and aceph1 regarding your account and use of the platform.
